Changes in the Management Board of SEB Pank

Starting from 1 May 2016, Ainar Leppänen, who was the Head of SEB Liising, will be a Management Board Member of SEB Pank and the Head of Retail Banking and Technology. Eerika Vaikmäe-Koit, the former Head of Retail Banking and Technology, assumed the position of the Head of Corporate Banking at SEB as of 1 April 2016.

Along with the vision, we have also made changes in the membership of the bank’s Management Board. Eerika’s work done in the development of retail banking in the past six years has been impressive, and being the Head of Corporate Banking is her third role as a member of SEB’s management since 2008. Horizontal movement of managers between the different departments is a great asset to the company. For the past seven years, Ainar Leppänen has been the Head of SEB Liising. Him assuming the position of the Head of Retail Banking and joining the bank’s Management Board is a great addition to our team and helps to assure that our goals – to offer world-class service to our clients and an inspiring and motivating working environment to our employees – are met,” noted Allan Parik, Chairman of the Management Board of SEB.
