Notification of erroneously returned card payments

Today, NETS Estonia AS (former name Pankade Kaardikeskus) cancelled by mistake part of the card payments processed on 19 September and accordingly, some clients were returned their funds for the executed card payments. We are trying to fix the mistake in cooperation with NETS Estonia AS.

All clients, who have subscribed to the SMS express notification service and who received a message on the incoming payment, will be refunded the service fee for the express notification. Please do not use the erroneously returned amounts, since these will be reserved again and thereafter debited from the account.

Update: As at the morning of 24. September, the correcting entries of all erroneously cancelled card payments are complete.
