New conditions for the SEB Eastern Europe Bond Fund as of 21.08.2015

AS SEB Varahaldus announces that the conditions for the SEB Eastern Europe Bond Fund have been amended. Amendments to the conditions were approved with Decision No. 4.1-1/57 of 03.07.2015 of the Management Board of the Financial Supervision Authority.

Amendments to the conditions will enter into force on 21.08.2015.

As the main amendment to the conditions, reference index and performance bonus calculated on its basis will be abandoned. The amended conditions are available on SEB website www.seb.ee/fondid and at SEB bank offices all over Estonia as of 20.07.2015. Unit-holders have a right to receive explanations on the importance of the amended conditions.
