  • Warning against fraudulent calls

    In the telephone conversation, frauds present themselves as a bank employee or a police officer and try to gather your bank card data or the PIN-codes of your authentication tools. Frauds can act aggressively, threatening to close your bank account or block their card.

    We remind you that bank employees will never ask for your card details over the phone or ask for Smart-ID or other authentication code.

    If you have become the victim of such a fraudulent call, please contact us immediately at 665 5100.

    Warning against fraudulent letters

    The frauds might send you an email on behalf of the bank. The e-mail always contains a link asking you to click and enter the requested information.

    First, check the address from which the email was sent and evaluate the authenticity of the address. If the e-mail address, content and structure of the e-mail seem suspicious, never click on the link in the e-mail or transmit any data.

    If you receive a suspicious letter, please forward it to our e-mail info@seb.ee.
