22.02.2010 - You can submit your tax return through the e-Tax Board on the Internet from 15 February
Submission deadline for 2009 tax returns is 31 March 2010.
Viewing your data
You can view the income and expense data submitted by persons who have made payouts - employers and expense recipients, training and credit institutions and trade unions - in the e-Tax Board from 8 to 10 February as they are displayed on the tax return pre-populated by the Tax and Customs Board.
Certificates of student loan payments, residential mortgage loan interest payments and life insurance premiums, payouts from the Liquidity Fund and pension fund contributions can be viewed in SEB's Internet Bank from 8 February.
You can submit your 2009 income declaration through SEB's Internet Bank from 15 February.
Entering data on the tax return
Click Send data to pre-populated tax return below the electronic certificate to send the amount of residential mortgage loan and leasing interest to the e-tax return.
No paper copies of the expenses incurred to acquire mandatory funded pension or the third pension pillar units are sent and the certificates are available in electronic format in the Internet Bank.
Please visit your nearest SEB branch if you require a paper copy of the certificate.
Both the main applicant and co-applicant of a loan can send data to the tax return in the case of loans with co-borrowers. The full amount is shown on the electronic certificates in the Internet Bank. When data is sent to the declaration, the Tax and Customs Board automatically divides the interest amount between the main applicant and the co-applicant 50/50 or according to the division of interest on the previous tax return if the applicants changed the 50/50 ratio on the previous tax return.
You have lost your ID Card codes
If you want to log into the Internet Bank with your ID Card, but have lost your codes, then you can get a new code envelope from the Citizenship and Migration Board or from an SEB branch. You can get new codes from the CMB free of charge but have to pay a service charge of 30 kroons if you want to get the new codes at an SEB branch.
